Shipping & Returns

Shipping is discreet, with no visible reference to "HONEY BUNNY" or any other adult company. Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours and typically take 10 to 15 business days for delivery. You must be over 18 to order from HONEY BUNNY. By using this site, you confirm that you are over 18.    

Important Shipping Information

• Our main target markets are: Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada. The rest of the markets are not yet open, so stay tuned. 

• All items over 60$ include shipping fee

• Address Confirmation: Confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are not liable for shipping issues once the product leaves our facilities.

• Return to Sender: Products returned due to unclaimed or incorrect addresses will be restocked, and a store credit minus shipping costs will be issued.

• Lost Packages: We are not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages but will help locate them. Report missing packages within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. (To file a claim with USPS, visit: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm)

International Orders

• Lubes and liquids cannot be shipped internationally.
• HONEY BUNNY is not responsible for fees, taxes, or customs issues.
• Please note: tubes and liquid products cannot be shipped internationally. If you purchase a gift set with a lubricant, we will contact you to replace the item. HONEY BUNNY is not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your country, including but not limited to customs fees/tariffs. We are not responsible if your products are turned away at customs, if the country does not allow adult products to enter its borders, or if it is criminal to possess an adult product generally or specifically. Please research ahead on the policy of the country you are shipping to.
