RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We’re sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive to create products that bring the utmost pleasure, but we also understand that everyone’s experience can be unique and may take some time to adjust to. However, because our products are highly intimate, we cannot accept returns if the packaging seal has been broken. We hope you appreciate that this policy is in place to protect the health and safety of both our customers and our team members.

Honey Bunny offers a 5-year warranty on all rechargeable and battery-powered items purchased through Honey Bunny directly or any Authorized Re-Seller.

All Honey Bunny products are covered by a 5-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
The Honey Bunny warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If your product stops working due to a defect within the warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge.

We do not provide a repair service due to our strict hygienic standards. To assist you better, please inform us about the specific product and the issue you're experiencing. ORDERS & SHIPMENT
Once an order has been placed, you are unable to make any changes or additions to your order.
Yes, all our packages are shipped discreetly. Items are sent from “Honey Bunny” and are shipped in plain brown boxes.
Online orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days after shipment, although this can vary depending on your region. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your Honey Bunny account.

If the courier was unable to reach you when trying to deliver your package, they may have delivered it to one of your neighbors, a local post office, or a pick-up point.
Please look for an “Attempted Delivery” slip or verify the delivery information on your Honey Bunny account or in the tracking email confirmation you received for updated details. Please note that we do not have any influence over local delivery protocols.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Of course, you can enjoy quality time with your Honey Bunny for as long as you like. However, we recommend that you do not use the Honey Bunny for more than 15 minutes at a time—and only for its intended purpose, i.e., clitoral stimulation. Please stop using your Honey Bunny immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort.
Please do not use the toy if you wear a pacemaker. If you are pregnant, have recently given birth, suffer from skin conditions, or have other relevant health concerns, please consult your doctor before use. The same applies if your body has an allergic reaction to the material.
You can use all Honey Bunny devices with a waterproof icon in the bath or shower, as they are IPX7 waterproof.
Other Honey Bunny devices are splash-proof due to their method of charging. Please consult your user manual or product packaging to confirm whether your Honey Bunny is IPX7 waterproof before submerging the device.
Yes, you can use your Honey Bunny during your period. The medical-grade silicone doesn’t interfere with your bodily functions, and some find that masturbation during their period can help alleviate discomfort. Using a G-spot stimulator during your period is possible; however, do not use any internal stimulators while using a tampon. Ensure there is adequate lubrication, and consider placing a towel down to protect surfaces. Just make sure to properly clean your device afterward and do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
